Space
Our clients have access to space for storage of ingredients and products. We offer an option to rent the following:
- Shelving and rack space in our large (1500 sq. ft.) basement for storage of dry goods.
- Shelf space in our two walk-in coolers.
- A free-standing cooler (rented on a permanent basis).
- Shelf space in both our reach-in freezer and three door freezer, depending on availability.
Separate from our kitchen, we have space and prep tables in our basement which are available to our clients for packaging and finishing work.
Additional Services
Since we are a fully operation restaurant, we are in a unique position to offer additional services to our clients on an as-needed basis:
- On-site staff, including dishwashers, line cooks, and general assistance, at an hourly rate.
- Service staff for your events, at an hourly rate.
- Accounts with over 40 vendors, with discounted purchase rates for a wide range of food and liquor items they offer.
